Expanding Your Social Circle

With more than 500 events to choose from each year, ULCC members have an abundance of opportunities to take part in unique experiences based on their interests, create lasting memories with their families, and entertain clients and friends. From our annual club-wide Homecoming party to reserved seating at Chicago sporting events, concerts and theater outings, “Meet The Author” discussions to “Bourbon & Boxing Night” and so much more...there’s a full calendar of events for members to enjoy year-round, whether it is keeping up with the latest business trends, pursuing a new hobby, or simply relaxing and having a great time with friends, family and fellow members.

A Way to Give Back - Philanthropic Opportunities

Community drives everything the Union League Club of Chicago stands for—we are the only private club in the United States that carries out a systematic program of civic involvement and public policy engagement. ULCC events  include hosting gubernatorial forums, educational debates and other activities to help improve the City of Chicago. Our Club also has its own cultural significance: we supported the establishment of the Art Institute of Chicago, the Field Museum, and the Harold Washington Library, among many institutions, and are home to one of Chicago's oldest and most important private art collections—one reason the Chicago Tribune has named us “The Other Art Institute in Chicago.”

Health & Wellness

Our fitness center includes six floors of classes, equipment and services, and is open 80 hours a week. From free weights to fitness classes, basketball to aquatics, Pilates to massage therapy, racquet sports to cycling, we are an authentic one-stop-shop where Club members can work out, stay active, reach their personal goals...or simply relax, rejuvenate and restore their minds and bodies!

Family Fun

We like to say it will be your entire family that joins the Union League Club of Chicago! With engaging activities throughout the week and special programming every month, your family will never run out of things to do. Whether it's taking part in our Saturday Family Program or our annual Summer Camp, the Club offers many opportunities to create memorable moments and new traditions, and your children can build lasting friendships with others they meet here.
